By accessing or using Ticket Venu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ticket Venu. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Platform to: post false or misleading event information; engage in fraud or deception; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

As an event organiser, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of all event information you publish, including dates, venues, and ticket descriptions.

You must honour all tickets sold through the Platform and provide a refund policy that complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

Ticket Venu charges a flat monthly subscription fee. We do not take a percentage cut of your ticket sales.

Tickets are sold on behalf of event organisers. Ticket Venu acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or cancellation of events.

Refunds are subject to the individual event organiser's refund policy. In the event of cancellation, Ticket Venu will facilitate refunds in accordance with applicable law.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the consent of the event organiser.

You may not list events that promote illegal activities, hate speech, discrimination, or that violate our community standards. Ticket Venu reserves the right to remove any event at its sole discretion.

The Ticket Venu name, logo, and platform are owned by Ticket Venu Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Ticket Venu a licence to use it to operate and promote the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Venu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at any event.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
